Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Avery. We hired her to watch our dog ( Walk 1x day, feed 2x a day) and to feed our 3 cats as well as empty the litter box drawer (we have an automated box that filters pee/poop, so you literally just have to dump out the litter drawer). When we got home our house smelled terribly of cat pee/poop and when I checked the room with the litter box, there were 6 piles of poop, some very dried out and old looking, and multiple piles of pee. The automatic box had gotten stuck in a rotated position (a situation I discussed with Avery prior) and hadn’t been reset so the cats started using the floor. It looks like this was the situation for multiple days, indicating she hadn’t checked the litter box for multiple days. It also is alarming that the smell didn’t alert here that something was wrong . We got no updates or pictures during her visits, and there was minimal communication. Also, the gate to our side yard was left open, so when we got home and let our dog out- she immediately got out and was running near a very busy street. All in all- it was a stressful way to return home from our vacation and I feel that I did not get the services that I paid for.

I recently got a puppy with a disability and avery has done an amazing job insuring that he gets all of his medications throughout her time with him. She cares about your puppies well-being as if they were her own! Only good things to say!
