I am a BIG advocate of using leashes outside. In my apartment complex there are two dog parks that I can take my dog (and yours) to for some fun. I will always have water available for your pups and their food will never be late. It is very important to me that your pet will be comfortable in my home. So offering fun exercise, treats, and cuddles on the couch is the best way to do it. I do that for my dog and I can do it for yours too. 🐶💓
