I was raised on a hobby farm with various types of animals. From age 5 -14 I worked with horses, goats, chickens and livestock. From Ages 14-18 I worked in a professional setting at a local animal shelter, working in the behavioral department and assisting with emergency and minor medical procedures. I also assisted as a volunteer barn manager at a therapeutic riding facility for 5 years, specializing in horse training, behavior, and assisting with special needs animals. I love to use positive reinforcement for dogs along with enrichment activities. Not to mention I make customized paracord dog leashes and fleece toys for everyday use or as needed for people with disabilities! My family has relied on me for years to care for their beloved furry family members, I hope to build the same connection with you!
