Pet care experience
I’ve had many dogs growing up in Wisconsin but recently moved for work to Portage and am going through withdrawals! I’ll suit whatever needs your dog has whether they’re playful, cuddly or just like to lounge around, I’ll make sure they’re happy and in good company no matter their personality. I have little experience with administering medication but am a fast learner and with a little instruction could definitely take effective care of your pets’ medical needs.

We have hired Ava on a few occasions to watch our animals. She is a very energetic, respectful and trustworthy young women. We know that our dogs just love her and she gives them the love and exercise that they need while we are away! Whenever we leave town, we don't get stressed out worrying about our precious aniamls or our house. Ava has even called and stopped by to see our dogs. If you need someone to watch your animals, you won't be disapointed with Ava.
Ava has a big heart and has always had a love for animals. Ever since she was a young child, she has been surrounded by dogs. Dogs have been a part of her family and she loves them dearly, as do they love her. Ava knows how to care for a dog, meeting their basic needs of food, exercise, and companionship. She cares for her family pets by often taking them for walks whenever she is home, feeding them appropriately, and engaging them with playtime. Ava is both loving and responsible. Ava is in college and away from home. She misses her own dogs and being a dog sitter or dog walker would be a wonderful opportunity for her and it would also be a blessing for whoever receives her services. I know that she would care for each dog in her care as if it were her own. No one could ask for more than she would offer. Ava would treat each dog as if it were part of her own family.
I have known Ava for years. Her and I have both dog-sat together over the last year during our college experience. I have never met anyone as passionate about animals as she is. She would be an amazing candidate. I don’t just speak for myself when writing this, but I also speak for Kierra and Margot, two of our regular pups who absolutely love her belly rubs and walks.

The dogs in my profile pictures don’t live with me, so your pet will be getting my undivided attention when I watch them! I’d be happy to take your pet for walks or runs in the city’s parks or downtown areas (if that’s what your furry friend prefers!).

A typical day
If your pet is active and playful I’d love to take them for walks or runs in the area, I’m learning of some parks nearby but if they have a favorite one, I’m happy to take them there. Also if they have a favorite toy, I throw a great fetch and am a tough tug-of-war match! If your furry friend likes cuddling and relaxing more, they’ve met their match! I’d be happy to curl up, watch movies and give endless belly rubs to your lovely pup! Also if your friend enjoys car rides (like mine do at home), I have plenty of space in my Crosstrek for even the biggest doggos!

Availability
I am usually available on the weekends as I am a full time student working a part time job, but there are also a few occasional available times I have during the week and usually have some flexibility so if there’s a day or a time you need a sitter or walker, don’t be afraid to ask!
