Ava is an excellent dog sitter. She has extensive experience working in a large kennel with both small and large breeds of dogs. She has an ability to predict a dog's behaviour, identifies times when a dog is stressed and not coping, and seeks to build situations in which a dog is comfortable, relaxed, and secure in their environment. She has experience in administering medications and also completed her pet first aid. I also know that she has dealt with emergency situations such as dogs having seizures. She is calm and competent in these types of situations. Plus, my dog loves Ava!! I always feel that he is in excellent hands when he is with her. Also, my dog can be leash reactive. Ava has helped him to become less scared and more relaxed on his walks because she recognizes his needs and situations that may cause him stress. I highly recommend Ava!
