If I'm caring for pets in a client's home, I follow their instructions and routines carefully ensuring their routine is as similar as possible to their typical routine when their owner is home. I make sure to maintain their regular feeding schedule, take them for walks, and provide any medication or special care they may need. I also keep their living space clean, so they feel comfortable while their owners are away. I want to create a loving, comforting environment for each pup! When I take pets for walks, safety is my top priority! I always make sure to use a sturdy leash and collar/harness to make sure they are safe at all times. I always stay aware of our surroundings, watching out for busy roads or unfamiliar animals. If the pet tends to get frightened easily, I take extra precautions to avoid stressful situations and keep them calm & comfortable. I always aim choose safe routes, like near parks and neighborhoods, where there's minimal traffic. My ultimate goal is to prioritize the well-being and safety of the pets in my care, ensuring that every walk is an enjoyable and secure experience for them!🐾
