Pet care experience
I have always been an extremely enthusiastic dog lover and have spent nine years working as a veterinary assistant. Not only have I been able to exercise my love for animals but I've also been able to learn about different medical aspects of owning a pet including nutrition, post-surgical care and various diseases. Throughout my experience, I have gained an even deeper love and appreciation for the bond between pets and their owners and would like to continue to provide the care and compassion your little one deserves. I am very comfortable with all breeds and can administer medication for special needs pets. I also have a particular fondness for "seniors" as they require special love and care. I look forward to meeting your pet.

Ava is very professional! She stayed at our house while we were out of town and took great care of our dogs. The dogs really enjoyed being with her. She is very attentive and was happy to continue with the training that we are working on currently.

A typical day
I love to follow the lead when it comes to play. Is your pet a couch potato? Then we'll get lots of cuddle time on the couch. Does he/she have a favorite toy? Then we're gonna get good use out of that toy. If your pet has a routine then I like to keep that routine. More than anything I provide lots of snuggles, love, and compliments because they need to feel special!

I am self-employed which allows me to set my own schedule. Because of my flexibility I am able to help people with their pets when I am needed.
