Pet care experience
I’ve had four of my own dogs throughout my life and have taken care of many pets for friends and family. I’m experienced with dogs of all sizes and have worked with or taken care of many different breeds. I have two rescue dogs and have worked at shelters so I’m very capable working with dogs that have difficult backgrounds and behavior problems. I haven’t had any cats myself but I do love them! I have experience taking care of cats both through Rover and through animal shelter volunteering. I have experience administering oral medication to both cats and dogs.

Ava was kind, attentive, and sent me the cutest pics of Butter. My cat looked very happy and content with her. Ava administered pills and eyedrops to my cat daily and everything went smooth. She is skilled and caring with animals and I’m so appreciative for her help while I was away!
Ava was great! Provided pictures and notes each visit, which was especially appreciated as my cat hides when visitors are there so it greatly put my mind at ease to be updated about how much food she ate! Will definitely book Ava again

A typical day
I definitely love a good game of tug of war and just running around the house with dogs. I’m super adventurous so I love to explore new walking areas and trails with my dogs. I love to train and practice tricks with my dogs so I’d be super willing to work on that also!

I’m a college student just looking to make a little extra money while doing my favorite thing: hanging out with pets! My class schedule fills out the middle of my day but I’m totally happy to help out in the mornings, late afternoons, or evenings!
