Typically we have a family member house/dog sit for us while we are traveling, but our family was unavailable to watch our boys while we were on vacation. This was our first experience using Rover and we were extremely nervous to leave our boys and home in someone's care that we did not know. Autumn did an excellent job caring for our boys and she even vacuumed the floors and wiped the counters before we arrived home. Typically we have to clean after our house sitter leaves, but Autumn left our home exactly how we left it before vacation; which was REALLY nice! We will certainly be using Autumn/Rover in the future. Thank you for taking care of Elroy and Riley for us.

This was the first time someone other than family or friend took care of our dogs and cat while on vacation and we could not be more pleased. Autumn not only took good care of all our pets she took care of the plants, picked up the mail and she swept the house so we wouldn’t come home to a week’s worth of our fur babies’ tumble weeds(hair)! We even had a bird fly down our chimney into the fireplace and Autumn handled it like a champ catching the bird and getting it out of the house without harm. Three out of four of our pets are older and we felt her to be competent and comfortable giving them their medication(s). Autumn cares about your pets and we felt her to be honest and trustworthy of staying in our home and watching over "The Girls" while we were on vacation. She went above and beyond what we expected and we would not hesitate to call her again when needing a pet/house sitter.
