Extended family for your pet

Pet care experience

Hello! I am mother to one huge Great Pyrenees dog, 2 cats (one cuddly, one cranky) and one human. I have taken care of animals my whole life starting with my own dogs as a child. Later I became a professional pet/home sitter as a side job. Now I take care of my own and my friends pets. I have experience with all sizes and ages including the elderly and ailing. My last three dogs (Jack Russell, medium sized mix, Great Pyrenees) were rescues and I understand the intricacies involved with pets who come from bad situations. I love love cats as well and have taken care of my own for the past ten years.

She is great! She loves animals, on time and flexible. Couldn't ask for a better situation for my family of animals! Check her out before she is full!

Yes, Autumn has a lifetime caring for pets. He dogs and cats have been under excellent care. She provides safe, healthy environment for them and enriches it with play and adventure. She is the first person I contact if I need help caring for our pets. She is reliable, honest, and has integrity.

Safety, trust & environment

Pets love their routines! In my house we stick to a pretty standard schedule of two long walks a day with a lot of potty breaks in between. In your home we'll stick to your schedule so your pet can be the most comfortable without its parents. I love long dog walks and play and snuggles too. Cats make their own rules (lol)! Cat snuggles are always welcome and my cats love short play sessions. Maybe yours do too?

Information Autumn D. would like to know about your pet

I like to know if your dog likes to meet other dogs and humans while on walks? Any situations where they become aggressive? Any particular situations that they are scared of? Training cues that you use? Do your cat(s) warm up to strangers quickly? Any cat boundaries I should know about? Any places the cat is not allowed?

A typical day

With energetic dogs, I like to go on at least two big walks a day with ton of potty breaks in between. Plenty of play and snuggles too of course. With less energetic or elderly dogs, I like to follow their cues and only go as far as they tell me to. Lots of cuddles and care with these too. Cats call the shots so I'll let them take the lead with how much play and rest they get. All while following the house rules of course.
