I grew up with dogs and my ex has a dog that I helped take care of for 3.5 years. I enjoy being around them because I find it very therapeutic and definitely very fun! I I love my cat dearly but I want to be around dogs again--going on walks, to the dog park and such. I'm an outgoing person and think that's a plus in working with dogs. I also have experience with bathing dogs and worked at an animal hospital for 6 months where I administered medication daily and walked them, fed them and cleaned up around cages. I really had a good time working there and I think it helped me understand the nature of dogs in a more meaningful way.
