I currently volunteer at the Humane Society and I’m always working with and around animals. I have a cat my self and I love him more than anything.

I would take the dog on a walk to the park. Maybe a dog park if the owner permits it. There are some dog friendly restaurants that can give the dog some interactions with other pets.
