Austin was great! He arranged a meet-and-greet with our dogs to make sure they would all get along. My husband dropped our Blue off at Austin's place, and I picked him up three days later. Austin was timely in his responses, and sent pix and updates on Blue throughout the visit. Blue was well-cared for and happily playing when I arrived to pick him up, and Austin even passed along an extra treat for Blue post-visit. He kept Blue well-exercised and spoiled him (in very acceptable ways). My dog looked totally at ease when I came to get him. What I liked about Austin is that I just trusted his vibe with the dogs and found him to be very reliable. Would be happy to use his services again in a heartbeat!
