Pet care experience
I was born into a dog-loving family and we always had dogs as a part of that family. Throughout the years we took in strays & fosters of all ages, breeds and sizes, caring for up to 10 at one point. I’m currently unable to have a little sidekick of my own in my apartment but I get to regularly house sit & care for the pets of 2 families; one with a chihuahua & sheltie tag team, the other with 2 huskies, & 2 pomskies.

One of the most rewarding parts of caring for a dog is getting to know their personality & how to mesh with them because they’re all different. I take a more cuddly, lovey approach with dogs in my home but I don’t mind maintaining whatever standards you’d like to set for the care of your dog (e.g. staying off furniture.) I’m comfortable with administering medications & can adhere to their food, exercise, and potty schedules.

I work part time with a flexible schedule, I can generally have any day open with a week of notice, otherwise the majority of my open days without notice will be weekdays and select times on weekends.
