I’m a 28 year old professional living in a dog friendly high-rise downtown, where I also work from home full time. I’m a lifelong dog lover. I would love a dog of my own eventually, but understand the responsibility and commitment that comes with permanent ownership and won’t do that until I can guarantee I can provide a perfect forever home - anything less would be unfair to the dog. Until then, I would love to provide the best boarding/sitting/walking possible for your pup! I recognize the trust and faith it takes to leave your pet with someone else and living up to the trust placed in me is something I take very seriously. On a more fun note, I love dogs of all shapes, sizes, and ages. If they need lots of exercise, happy to take them for walks or even runs & trips to the park. If they want to play with toys I’m happy to engage. If they want to lounge/lay around I can do that too. Whatever I can do to make their experience better I’m happy to do so. I’ve boarded many dogs that get anxious in new environments, and have worked on a couple approaches that seem to help most acclimate fairly quickly. My parents dogs need daily oral medicine, so I have experience convincing even stubborn dogs to get their medicine down. I’ve also watched suburban dogs in my apartment, so even if dogs are used to just being let out the back door to take care of business, I know how to get them adjusted to going for walks for that particular process.
