Pet care experience
I have always been a animal lover, I have lived with dogs both big and small my entire life and have been house and pet sitting since middle school. I have taken care of post operation dogs as well as sick and very old. I am comfortable with giving medication if need be. I try to stay in shape for fire fighting so long runs or multiple walks would not a problem for me.

Austin has stayed with my 2dogs on several occasions. He has been very punctual as well as comforting to my dogs. Both dog took to him immediately and are now excited to see him when he arrives. Your dog will be in very capable hands with Austin.

Austin is responsible and committed in everything that he does. As an aspiring fire fighter, he more than understands the professionalism that is needed when people are entrusting their loved ones in his care. He is comfortable with dogs of all temperaments, and is consistently able to win over the heart of any dog he has the opportunity to meet. I know that he will treat every dog with the same love he gives his own.
I can't recommend Austin enough!! He was calm and professional meeting our dog, Duke - who took to him right away - that I immediately felt comfortable knowing Duke would be in good hands. He kept us updated with pictures and videos and always answered my calls/texts while we were away. I would definitely recommend Austin and will absolutely be calling him again to dogsit Duke!

A typical day
I try to explore as much as the portland metro area parks as much as possible. From forest park to Mt tabor, I always try to go on a run somewhere outsides in as much nature as possible. Likewise throwing the ball at the local school is always fun. I like to stay active and am always looking onto the next place to go. I think its good for dogs to get out and experience the different places parks and trails in the area.
