Austin wasn't there when I dropped my dogs off, and turned out to have an additional dog staying the weekend who was crying and locked away in a room - not the best first impression. To top it off, one of my dogs came home with a very large scratch on his face. Near the end of my stay, Austin asked me to end my stay early with no prior notice to me about it. Ended up leaving for the rest of the day after I picked up my dogs and was unable to help when I ran into an issue... Turns out, he gave me the wrong bowls when I left. I have a large dog with an elevated feeder, so it was kind of important to have the specific bowl. After apologizing and telling me they would swap the bowls out, they completely cut off communication and told Rover they gave me the bowls back. Perfect timing considering they then moved about 40 minutes out of town. This has been the single worst experience I have ever had to deal with on Rover, and I am now stuck having to drop over $100 to buy new bowl holders for my dogs. Thanks, Austin.

Austin and his partner were great. My boys were well taken care of. Austin was easy to communicate with and very flexible. Would be happy to have him watch my dogs again.
