Pet care experience
We have over 10 years of pet loving experience, Aurora used to watch her Grandparents 3 border collies and four cats when they were out of town. We've never met a dog or cat who didn’t like us, and we have three beautiful cats ourselves. We love all animals like they’re our own. Rest assured any animals you leave in our care will be loved and treated as if they were at home. Aurora has experience giving insulin to a diabetic cat and a lot of experience giving oral medications to cats and dogs. Aurora is a photographer and would possibly need to leave your pups for sessions or weddings. And that's where Daniel comes in! He's a software developer who is currently working from home. He's been caring for our Rover pups when Aurora's out and about so your baby is barely ever without love and snuggles 🥰 We do take pups from different families at the same time, however the majority of our clients have been coming to us for a year or more so we know them very well and always require a meet and greet for new clients to make sure they’d fit in with our amazing clients! We pride ourselves on being a vacation home for your baby/babies. Most of our clients actually know our house (or our street in some cases) and get really excited to come to our house! Aurora took great care of Dewey as always! She takes the best pictures, communicates effectively and leaves the house as it was found. In short, my dog was disappointed when I came home. 10/10 recommend
Aurora and Daniel were absolutely wonderful to work with while I was away last weekend. Both my departure date changed last minute and my return flight was delayed 4 hours and they hung in there every step of the way to ensure my pup was taken care of during pretty stressful and unpredictable plan changes. Very communicative, observant and responsive during their stay - there was never a doubt my pup was in the best of hands. Will definitely be calling them again!

We don’t leave your pup for long (though we do sometimes both leave for a few hours to hang out with friends or head to dinner)! We’re very good about making sure our gates are locked, and the only time your pup would be unsupervised outside is if we’re both in a meeting and the pups decide to go crazy the second we start talking (I’m sure you know exactly what happens when you try FaceTiming with someone, haha). We absolutely do NOT leave dogs outside when we’re not home. If your dog is crate trained we do ask that you bring that crate and any special blankets or beds for them. As they spend more time at our house they usually find their favorite place here, but until then it helps them feel more comfortable to have something from home!

We like to know of any little quirks (like are they weird about water, will they go potty in the rain (some dogs REFUSE ?)) are they a little food aggressive? Do they have any tells that they need to go outside? Are they used to sleeping in their crates at night?
A typical day
They’ll get tons of playtime in our large fenced in yard with our two dogs! We have tons of toys and treats to really make your pet feel like they’re at an inclusive resort! Sometimes we even take our clients out on adventures like to breweries or on long walks.

Availability
Our pick up and drop off times are between 9am and 9pm so we just ask that our clients keep that in mind when booking. We’re happy to accommodate last minute changes to your trip or plans. We just ask that if you have an early flight to drop your pup off the night before, this not only helps us maintain our pick up and drop off times but also helps you since you don’t have to rush in the morning and are less likely to forget something if you’re trying to get out the door and pack up your baby’s stuff!
