Aura contacted me in an extremely unprofessional way after she was unable to take my senior dog out and used nearly two bags of treats in the process. She contacted me saying “she didn’t sign up for this.” However, we had spoken specifically about Sylvia’s needs during our meet and greet. There were several days where she did not take Sylvia out (that’s why most people hire walkers I believe — so their dogs can use the bathroom) and I did not hold this against her although I’ve never had this problem with previous walkers. I understand Sylvia is old and can be difficult and accepted the charges because she came out of her way. However, when my sister questioned her leaving Sylvia alone in the stairwell, she sent me rude messages and said she left her there because “well I have to go.” My sister ended up carrying Sylvia back to our apartment. Instead of apologizing, she blamed my sister for her rude interaction. She had initially asked me to leave her a review after three days of walking and I did but I feel that she took advantage of my kindness based on how she condescendingly addressed me in our interactions.

Aura is an outstanding dog sitter and walker. She helps take care of my Pekingese Poodle Lucas when I am on vacation and has even helped with training. She is a caring individual that will surely provide a professional service. She was willing to work with my busy schedule and Lucas has become very fond of her. I would highly recommend her.
