I think the biggest thing for me is energy. I will always try to meet a pet at their energy level so it is good for me to know so I can be prepared for them (especially the high energy ones)! Other than that, any other personality traits or specific needs are always good to know so I can be sure to make their time away as easy as possible.
A typical day
A typical day depends on the pet, of course, and with dogs, I enjoy doing fun activities like going for walks or playing games like fetch or tug-of-war (which my dog loves). There are a couple parks that I think are always nice to walk dogs in, and I am pretty familiar with some of the little off-the-path trails that are pretty fun for curious dogs. For cats, I know they can be pretty particular so whatever they like to do, I am happy to do that for/with them.

My schedule is very open, particularly during the week. On weekend evenings, I have a little less availability but I am very flexible and will do my best to accommodate a job.
