Pet care experience
For the past 6 years, was the founder of a non profit cat rescue specializing in special needs and medical case cats and occasionally a few dogs. I’m able to care for dogs, cats, rabbits, and other small critters. I have many years of experience with special needs animals and am more than willing to care for any fur babies with special needs. I am dog and cat first aid certified, managing dog and cat toxic exposures certified, gentle animal handling certified, ASPCA human foods toxic to pets certified, as well as ASPCA feline toxicities certified and a few more!

While I’m always open and willing to care for special needs or animals with behavioral concerns, I do ask that you inform me of your pet’s specific needs and behavioral traits ahead of time.
A typical day
For dogs, I enjoy taking them on walks and playing with them to ensure they are receiving the proper amount of mental stimulation to keep them busy while you’re gone. For cats, I enjoy playing with them with the toys that are provided by their owner. I do sometimes ask to bring treats to get them distracted and happy while you’re away.

Availability
Depending on dates, I am typically available from 4pm-10pm on weekdays and 8am-9pm on weekends. I do usually have more available during the holidays. Please don’t hesitate to send me a message to inquire about my availability for the dates you are needed.
