Pet care experience
As a former Veterinary Assistant at Main Street Veterinary Hospital in Madison, Georgia, I am trained to provide medical and behavioral treatment for most domestic animals-- especially dogs! I began pet sitting over a decade ago and have held a number of jobs in the animal care industry, ranging from being a kennel hand at boarding facilities to my most recent job as a Veterinary Assistant. I also spent nearly 3 years volunteering as a puppy raiser and training others for Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind. Not only do I have the world's largest soft spot for animals of all kinds, but I have significant experience in multiple facets of this industry. I look forward to caring for your animals!

It is possible that I will be able to do pet sitting at my home as well. I go on several long walks daily with my dog Oscar and often take him to the local dog parks as well. My roommates also LOVE dogs and would be there to give extra belly rubs!

It's important for me to know your dog's specific needs so that I can provide them with the best possible care. I'll need to know all of the important basic info, such as food schedule and any medication regimes, as well as how much activity they typically get.
A typical day
If your dog gets along well with other dogs, I would love to introduce them to my yellow lab and let them play! I love going on long walks around the neighborhood or even at Eno River State Park!

Availability
My current job allows me a substantial flexibility, with a lot of my work being done remotely. I will be available to dog walk and can also do in-home pet sitting! On weekends and some weekdays (depending on my work schedule), I will be able to stay home for a lot of the day. I am flexible in terms of one-time vs. long-term scheduling.
