Pet care experience
My name is Audrey and I am a Northwest gal born and raised in the Seattle area. I love animals very much, and volunteered at a sanctuary that hosts pigs and some feral cats. I've had cats all my life, and am adept with wands, lasers, and other treats your cat may enjoy. With my time through the Rover app, I also have good experience with smaller dogs - including some senior dogs, and those with special needs. I'm good with shy pets as well, and am proud of my ability to bond easily. I will also take of feedings, and oral and topical medications. Growing up I had a leopard gecko I named Leo - changed to Leona when I found out he was a she! So, I'm well trained with cricket feeding and all! I am also a fish enthusiast, and can also handle fish care. I am knowledgeable on nitrogen cycling and the use of aquarium equipment. I have had experience taking care of bunnies as well.
Reviews
Audrey is amazing! She always does a wonderful job looking after our cat Sammy. Highly recommend.
Audrey did a fantastic job taking care of our two high maintenance kitties! They demand a lot of attention and Audrey gave them plenty of snuggles and playtime during our two week vacation. She even made our shy kitty, who normally hides from visitors, feel immediately comfortable with her from day one! Audrey was also extremely communicative and provided thorough updates and photos for each visit, putting me immediately at ease.
Audrey did a wonderful job dropping in to feed and look after our cat Sammy while we were away for the week. She was so easy to communicate with and gave us great updates while we were gone. We'll definitely be booking with Audrey again!
Audrey took great care of our pup for an overnight trip. Loved all the photos and notes. I would recommend Audrey for sure.

Safety, trust & environment
I require initial meet and greets before I care for your loved ones, so I can get to know you and your pets needs. Your pet will receive my full attention during visits, and I am careful to be aware of their location, and potential hazards, at all times. Any dogs let out in an unfenced yard will be on leash, and I am cautious around doorways to prevent escapees. I guarantee to respect your home and unique boundaries.
Information Audrey T. would like to know about your pet
Some information can be discussed more at the initial meet and greet, but knowledge on special needs and medications are important. I also need to know about potential problem behaviors, and if the pet is well socialized. Emergency contacts, including those with spare keys, are needed when the booking begins.
A typical day
Drop-in bookings will also include playtime, and I rinse and refresh water sources each visit. I always make an effort to provide lots of mental stimulation. I am not available for watching pets in my own home.

Availability
I work evenings for my full-time job, so my availability is mostly mornings from 8:00-11:30am; and Sundays 7:30-9:30am / 7-9pm. I may be available for other evening visits on my days off, and am happy to give your pets that additional care when I can. I ask that new clients contact me at least a week in advance, to allow for scheduling an initial meet & greet before I accept a booking. The start of bookings might have slight delay to account for travel time between back-to-back appointments.
