Pet care experience
I have taken care of plenty of dogs in my small town where I’m from in MA. My own dog weighs 145lbs so I can handle any behavior, size, age, etc. I’ve always had animals in my own home and I’m very comfortable with cats and dogs. I’ve owned an Akita, Husky, and 2 Leonburgers. I’ve taken care of goldens, German Shepard’s, huskys, Pomeranians, and labs. I have a 10 month old Maine Coon kitten, I also cat sit for family friends. I am currently in college but I live right in lower Manhattan so on weekends I am very flexible. Some afternoons work as well. Other than that, I am around and very excited to meet more furry friends!

A typical day
I like to find the closest local dog park for them to get some energy out. If that is not their thing or they don't get along with other dogs, I am a big walker and love finding new parts of the city to take them to.

I am a junior in college so I can only work part time, but this job hardly feels like work! Afternoons and weekends work best for me
