Grew up with cats and dogs and I feel comfortable around either! Getting into the pet care/dog walking game to hang out with some cool pets and get my steps in for the day.

I don’t do boarding at my home as I’d like to keep all pets protected. For dog walking, I try to come a little early so dogs can get use to me before we go out. For check-ins/house sitting, I will send messages/updates. I do like to be communicative, and so appreciate owners that can respond quickly to messages in case it’s needed (i.e., if I have a question on accessing or locking your home).

Their general temperament - are the energetic, skidish, lazy. Do they nip and jump? Do they growl - if so, what type of growling should I be concerned about? Is there anything they’re not supposed to do, get into, etc. Do they try to run out the door when I enter and leave?
A typical day
I don’t board, but do walks and check-ins. I try to keep animals around their own neighborhood so they feel safe and familiar even though I’m a new person in their life. With check ins, I try to know the dog for a few minutes before moving around their stuff, feeding, etc. to build familiarity. I love playing, so if there is space to do that at home I will! I try not to play outside of the house because I don’t want anyones pups to run away!

Availability
I do pet care when I can! I have two fur babies of my own, so can’t help with boarding as I’d like to keep all pets protected. However, I can walk, litter clean, check-in and house sit! Please provide at least a 24 hour notice for a request - I may not be able to provide services on short notice depending on the day/schedule.
