Pet care experience
I have been caring for dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, birds, since I can remember. I helped run a horse farm for 5 years, I currently care for and watch my trainer’s farm (5 cats, 3 dogs, 2 birds, 5 horses), and I currently volunteer for an organization that works with disabled dogs! I have a medical background and love helping/ watching the vets too. I honestly love animals more than people and can’t wait to meet yours!

We had Audrey walk our dog and she was amazing! She was on time and understood our dog and what she wanted. Audrey accommodated her every minute of the visit!
Audrey was a wonderful caregiver to my furbaby! She went above and beyond to take not only excellent care of my dog and my home as well. Her updates were great and the pictures she sent were very sweet.
Audrey was great with my dog Tucker! She was willing to meet us in advance and was on time. She was flexible in regards to timing and I could tell she was knowledgeable about obedience training commands. I would definitely recommend her as I will use her talents again in the future.

I am not able to provide day care in my own home. However, when we meet, I will ask what “training” you want to instill (allowed/not allowed on couch, only treats when they do a command, licking/no licking, etc). I also love knowing which toy is their favorite and I would like to know their boundaries for outside/potty purposes. There is always a bunch of mental and physical activity with animals when I’m around; good thing I’m high energy too! I try to tailor the activity based on the specific pet. I’m pretty good at reading the room. One last thing, if I am house sitting, I do not take new clients the time I am house sitting for you! Your animals get my full attention when I’m hired!

Main things: what are you firm on with training (jumping, not allowed on couch, etc)? Medications and how they take it? What are their fears? I would love to know what needs your animals have. Even if you think it’s a “little thing”, it might be the biggest part of how they learn trust me and how they perceive the world. Tell me their quirks too! Do they have to walk around to poo? Do they only eat in one area?
A typical day
I am a firm believer in physical AND mental activity! Did you know 15min of mental stimulation/ brain work is equivalent to 1 hour of physical exercise?! I love making the animals think and I adore seeing the different emotions and thought processes! Physically, I’m high energy as well! There’s lots of playing and talking that goes on when I’m there.

Availability
*I am unable to do continuous visits ex: every Monday, Wednesday, Friday since my hospital schedule changes every week* I am a nurse, so my hours vary. Luckily, I only work 12 hour shifts 3-4 days a week. We can definitely talk more about when and where you need me!
