Pet care experience
I grew up with pets - a dog and a cat - and they meant so much to me. It was my job within the family to walk, feed, and bathe them, and the hardest part about moving away from home for me was being away from them! As an adult, I've dog and cat-sat for friends and family numerous times and always have such a blast doing it. Not having my own pets right now, it really helps to fulfill a need, and I look forward to seeing them so much. Pets really are friends and family as much as people! :) My absolute favorite part is taking the dogs on long hikes, but love watching the older ones who can't anymore as well.

Audrey was amazing with our rescue dog, Gemma, who can be a little shy to warm-up. They were fast friends and Audrey took her on some great hikes and sent lots of photos and videos of their adventures together. Our flight home was a little late, and she was flexible about her timing with Gemma, which was very sweet and helpful. Upon arrival home, Gemma was happy and the house was just as we left it. We will definitely be booking Audrey again and hope to keep her in Gemma’s village going forward. Thank you Audrey!!!
Audrey is a great pet sitter! She kept in contact with me before and during the sit. She was patient with my dogs and I am certain that they were well cared for while we were away. She took them hiking and walked them several times a day. The house was clean when we returned. I will definitely use Audrey again.
Audrey was amazing with our dog. She was very communicative, sent pics regularly. She took our dog on several hikes and gave her lots of love and attention. And she left the house exactly as we left it - clean and no mess. Highly recommend her. I will definitely have Audrey watch our dog/home again. Thanks again Audrey!!

A typical day
Lots of long walks on trails, visits to parks, playing with toys, and lots of attention and love. If your dog has a normal dog-park schedule, happy to take them there as well!

Availability
I work part-time in the office and part-time remotely for the University of Colorado (in the office Wednesdays, remote Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday). On non-office days, I can stay and work from your house during the day, let your pup out whenever they need it, and take them for a long walk at lunch and after work if they're into that! On office days, I can come back and let them out/ take them for a walk at lunch. I also love to hike on evenings and weekends, so happy to take your dog on hikes too!
