Kitty Companion

Pet care experience

Is a house a home without a cat? Of course not! I’ve hosted mamas and kittens, volunteered in animal shelters, and taken care of elderly cats. I’ve lived overseas and all over the US and always found a cat to share my home with. I’m a mom to three humans and one kitty so few things can surprise me. I know how important it is to have someone watch your kitty who truly cares, because it can be hard to be away from your family. I understand cats’ unique personalities and sometimes stubborn natures and am happy to take the time to figure them out.

Audrey is a wonderful sitter! She took care of my Bella multiple times for 2-3 days at a time. Bella is a cat and not a big fan of people, but she is very fond of Audrey. Would definitely recommend, 10/10

I have known Audrey now for 13 years and my earliest memory of her is going to her house which was inhabited by one cat and five playful kittens. She has ALWAYS loved cats and always had them as pets. She knows them so well, how they like to play, what they like to eat, and how they like (and don’t like) to be petted. Seriously, call Audrey. Your cats will thank you.

Audrey is a great mom to her kids and her pets. She is dependable, responsible, kind, and loving. I have trusted her to care for my cat when I was out of town and she has always done a fabulous job! Hire her, you will not be disappointed.

My home has a four-month old kitty, three children, and my husband and I. We have taught our girls to be gentle with animals and they have almost always had a cat in the home. We do not de-claw our cats so they have learned how to respond to a kitty’s need for space. If your cat wants to play there are plenty of opportunities for that, if kitty is more solitary we have those options too. There are plenty of places for a cat to hide or play and we are already kitten and baby-proofed. I’m not ashamed to say our furniture has been broken in by our kitty so I have no worries there, although we have a couple of scratch pads. We have available rooms for a kitty who needs more personal space, and our kitten Oatmeal is always ready to make a new friend.

Information Audrey M. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know if your cat prefers a private space, feeding schedule, and favorite toys. I am happy to keep you updated with pictures and have experience giving medication to cats. I have experience with picky eaters, emotional kitties, and am happy to accommodate your cat’s special needs.

A typical day

I’ve found that kitties enjoy most activities children do... snacks, treats, batting around board game pieces, playing with dolls’ hair, taking naps... we have a fun and active lifestyle and it’s the perfect environment for a pet.
