Pet care experience
Animals have always been at the center of my life. I’ve had dogs and cats, along with other pets. I’ve volunteered at a horse therapy center, a zoo/rescue, and fostered dogs. I have great experience with all sizes of dogs, all ages of dogs, and many levels of care. For walks, I work on training as I lead and maintain a good pace. For drop-ins, I spend each minute dedicated to giving your sweet pet all my energy and affection. For overnights, I ensure your pet gets all the personalized care and attention he/she is used to and more! I know first hand how challenging it can be to leave your beloved furbaby in the hands of a new person, or anyone for that matter. I always encourage a meet-up before being chosen as your trusted pet caregiver. Animals have deeply impacted my life, and my goal is to do the same for them!

Audrey has been awesome with our golden retriever puppy. She is very positive and kind. She’s really a pleasure to have taking care of our pup! Audrey also always gives detailed updates on her visits which I love.
Audrey was fantastic! She took care of my cat for the week and accommodated all her needs with medication and more. She provided lots of updates and pictures of her time with my cat which made me feel so reassured. She also asked all the right questions during our meet and greet to get to know my cat’s routine better—some of which I didn’t even think of! I’ll definitely ask for Audrey again in the future. :)
We have used Audrey many times to watch our beloved golden retriever. She has been the best person we have ever used. She is so kind, fun, gentle and loving. She truly loves animals and takes such great care of them. We would never use anyone else. I would 100% recommend using her.
Audrey aka dog lover & dog obsessed. She will educate you on every type of breed out there and will stop at the sight of any dog on the street and spend a few minutes with them before she’s ready to move on. Not only does she love dogs and does SO well with them, she is a fun, vibrant and loving person! You will love her and instantly feel comfortable in her presence. I’ve never met anyone ever to love dogs as much as Audrey loves dogs!! I highly recommend Audrey for your pup!

I don’t offer pet sitting at my house due to the animals living in my house. Pet sitting takes place at clients homes, and my care for them is catered to the needs and desires of pet owners. I am very intentional with providing attention to pets, and observing their behavior and needs! I also always send extra updates!
Information Audrey H. would like to know about your pet
I would love to know any commands you have for your pet, any walking style preferences, what their favorite games are, and where their favorite place to walk is! I like to know their medical and behavior history, and if there is something you’re working on with them. I like to know what words are most often used for praise. I would also like to know if there is anything that might scare your pet in play/walks so that I can avoid those things! (For example, loud noises like clapping or maybe passing by other dogs on walks).
A typical day
I love taking dogs on long walks, and I try to switch up routes if possible. If a pet owner is comfortable and agrees to it, I will take dogs on car rides for fun, or for pup cups or to just try a walk in a new neighborhood. I like to play their favorite games with them at home, try out some tricks, watch movies together, and snuggle on the couch or in bed if the pets are allowed on furniture (otherwise I’ll definitely snuggle them on the floor!)

Availability
I am currently seeking a more full time job, so until then my schedule is fairly open. When I get a full time job however, it is likely my ability for walks and drop-ins will be limited to evening hours and weekends, and pet sitting will become case by case depending on what I can offer. Feel free to check with me about my availability though, and I will see how I can provide my services best!
