Pet care experience
Having grown up surrounded by dogs of every size and breed, and cats of every temperament, animal care is something I am very passionate about. Our furry friends are our family, it’s a big decision to entrust them to someone else! I tailor my services to each individual pet’s needs to ensure they feel loved, supported and safe in my care while you have time to do you.
About Audrey F.
Skills
Safety, trust & environment
I pride myself on respecting other’s spaces! During a client home visit I try my best to respect client privacy by only going into the areas of the house approved by the client and following all instructions regarding pet care in the home. I have a pet-free home that contains no pet-hazardous materials. I offer a designated "safe" space for pets that are boarding by dedicating an area of my home to their comfort and care if they need space away from me to decompress and adjust to a new environment. I schedule time before boarding to meet with owners to discuss their pet's needs, personalities and preferences in order to create a unique care plan.

Information Audrey F. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your dog has any special needs, such as if they get anxious around other animals or people! Philadelphia can be overstimulating to the most well-adjusted pet (or person), I’m happy to talk through and work out a care or walk plan that’ll suit your pet’s needs.
A typical day
On a walk, we’ll head towards one of the many parks in the Roxborough Manayunk area depending on your instructions, your dog’s comfort zone in regard to other people and pets, and time constraints! It’s important to me that your dog feels safe and comfortable wherever we adventure to, and that they’re returned to you happily tuckered out. While I love all dogs if your dog is on the larger side they must be leash-trained and follow simple commands such as sit and stay. I am not physically capable of subduing a larger dog. For both my and your dog's safety, it is important that your dog respond immediately to commands and not pull excessively on the leash. If your dog is prone to pulling when leashed please provide a harness and ensure your dog is familiar with having a harness being placed on them and taken off.
