Veterinarian

Pet care experience

After 5 years of working in dog and cat veterinary clinics and several years of dog sitting, I enjoy meeting new furry friends all the time! Currently, I am a recent graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. I went to NC State for undergraduate degrees in animal science and zoology and so have a lot of exposure to many kinds of animals. I'm a very active person and enjoy taking dogs on runs or to the park if they have extra energy they need to burn! Couch snuggles are always welcome too if that's more your dog's speed. I have experience giving meds, as well as caring for small puppies, geriatric clients, or any other additional/advanced care needed.

Audrey was amazing. She was able to handle our two young Great Danes and elderly lab with no issues. She communicated and helped take care of one of our dogs when they developed a health issue. I felt comfortable leaving her to help us make decisions while we were far away. We even came home to a clean home! 5++ stars.

Audrey is AMAZING! She did a fantastic job taking care of my fur-baby Greg! Audrey was very responsive and did a wonderful job of sending lots of updates about how Greg was doing while I was out of town. Audrey took him on lots of walks as well as trips to the dog park and gave him tons love and attention! I felt very comfortable leaving Greg with someone as caring as Audrey! Thank you so much.

Safety, trust & environment

Depending on the dog/cat, I’ll adapt the amount of attention I give to them based on what they need. If they are energetic creatures that need, and normally get, a lot of stimulation I can provide that. Those that choose to be more independent, will still get all my love and affection if they do choose!

Information Audrey B. would like to know about your pet

Behavioral problems such as biting/nipping, teething stages, potty training, temperment must be discussed beforehand. If there are known trigger, especially for our rescue pups, please discuss these with me. If a dog requires medications or has any health problems, I'd like to know about them especially if the dog is older. All breeds are welcome. The bigger the dog the better!

A typical day

Walks can take place around the apartment complex, in the complex's designated dog park, or if the owner prefers, dogs can be taken to a nearby park if requested. Runs are preferred to be with a full chest harness if possible.
