I grew up with dogs and cats, and helped take care of my pets my entire life. When I was 19 I took in my friends moms pitbull, Sonny, due to sad circumstances. Sonny lived with me for a year before my friend took him back. When I was 20 I adopted a senior dog, Rodney, from an older gentleman that was moving into a nursing home. I spent 1.5 great years with Rodney before he died from natural causes. At 22 years old I adopted a 1 year old GSD, Koda, he’s now 7 years old. He came to me dog aggressive, I had him trained, but it’s something we have to work on daily. I feel I’ve gained a lot of knowledge from working with Koda that I feel could help when taking care of other animals. I also took in my dads dog, Hachi, because the bond between Koda and Hachi was so strong neither my dad or I wanted to break it when I moved away to FL. I also have two adopted cats, Khloe and Goldie. They’re great, I love them all so much and do a lot every day to care for them. I’ve dog sat for many friends and family.
