I grew up with dogs and always trained them to be obedient. I moved out when I turned 18 and got my own dog, Ari. She goes on my runs with me everyday and I treat her with the doggie sunday from Bruster’s atleast once a week. I volunteered at Animal Ark and Paws from middle school through out highschool. I have experience with puppies and older dogs of all sizes. I even trained my grandma’s 8 year old dachshund to sing happy birthday when I was a kid. I rescued a feral when I was 3 years old and named her Meow because I wanted her to be able to say her name. I wasn’t allowed to have an inside cat because of my dad’s allergies, but I made sure she had the coolest outdoor cat house. I am currently a full-time student at CSU and I spend the majority of my free time with my boyfriend, Chandler, and Ari. We go the park a few times a week and play soccer, mine and Ari’s favorite. Ari is a 1 year old lab mix and weighs about 50 pounds. She is crate trained and listens to commands. She also socializes quite frequently with other dogs of various breeds and sizes. I have an additional crate for a medium to small dog and a fenced in back and front yard. Chandler is helping me build a large dog house in the back and running power to it so it will be cool during the summer and warm during the winter.
