I am a full-time pet sitter and dog walker, and am licensed, insured, and CPR/first aid certified. Can't wait to meet your fur babies! 🐶 Recurring dog walks: I can reliably provide the break your dog needs during your work schedule, on a consistent basis. More than just a potty break, they get physical exercise and mental stimulation. I love exploring with your dogs - walking around the neighborhood, or for longer walks, transporting them to nearby parks and trails. I can also hang back home and play a good game of fetch if that’s more your pup's speed. Before confirming recurring service, we will do a one-time trial walk to ensure a good fit. 🏖️ Vacation care: For pets that prefer to stay home while you are on a trip, I also offer drop-in visits. These include everything your pet needs - feeding, water, litter, medications, walks, and playtime - as well as basic home care while you are away (watering plants, checking mail, garbage to/from the curb). I enjoy playing with the cats that are into it, and am also happy to just sit and be company in the same room if that helps with their separation anxiety. For cats & critters that are not interested in playtime, ask about an ‘express’ discount when visits are < 15 minutes. For your pet’s safety, cats must be inside for duration of the care. Minimum vacation visits are 1+ per day for cats and 2+ for dogs unless they have access to the yard. 🐾 Non-recurring walks and drop-ins: These are also available for the days you need them, and include the same activities as above. Note that I will always approach your pet at their own speed, and my goal is to help them feel safe and cared for. For pets that are more cautious with strangers in their homes, I will do everything possible to make them feel comfortable. If they are unwilling to exit the home, or aggressive, I will pause the service and contact you for safety reasons. 🏡 Boarding: We also provide in-home boarding, integrating your dogs into our family while you're away. We host no more than two at a time (and only one newbie family). Both our own dog and kids (all 10+) are wonderful with guest pups. We also have a cat, so any guest dogs must be cat friendly. We have a large, fully-fenced yard for the pups to play in, and pups get 1+ walks a day as long as they have safe leash skills. Depending on the day/weather, we also like to take adventures such as hiking or trips to the beach. They will end each day tired and happy. There is almost always someone home, and we are able to provide potty breaks frequently. Dogs are allowed on the furniture in our home.
