Pet care experience
I was born an animal lover. My parents swear the first word they heard me say clearly was "Woof!" I know, not really a word but the point is that I have always had a special bond with animals, dogs in particular. I started a dog walking business in 3rd grade with my neighbor, turning my closet into our office. I've worked at a dog day care monitoring 10-25 or more dogs at any given time. I have also worked alongside one of the greatest Vets I've ever known before he retired, Clifford Heino. He gave me my first real job at 15 years old working in the kennels of Rainier Veterinary Clinic and would test me on what I thought the various issues or ailments were for each patient, providing an unbelievable educational opportunity for me. I was a proud foster parent for the former, Seattle Pitbull Project. I am currently the proud owner of 2 dogs.

Information Aubrey B. would like to know about your pet
Please inform me of any behavioral issues, dislikes, favorite toys or idiosyncrasies of your pet. They all have them! Nothing is a guaranteed deal breaker, just like to be aware for both the dogs and my sake. I would like to know of any preferred training methods the dog may already have established to maintain continuity with the owner. I have no breed restrictions or preferences. I previously fostered pit bulls for the former Seattle Pitbull Project, so very well versed in bully breeds.
A typical day
I live in a house made for dogs! I have a large fenced backyard with a grass area for chasing balls or other dogs or just basking in the sun and taking a nap. I will walk dogs leashed around Seward Park or around my neighborhood. I will take willing and able high energy dogs for runs. I don't take any dogs to off leash parks unless specifically asked by the owner to do so.
