Emergency & Critical Care Vet Tech
Pet care experience
I have recently moved back to Arizona from Hawaii and currently work as an emergency and critical care veterinary technician. I began pet sitting for family friends as a young teenager and then started working at a pet hotel during the day while in school to be a vet tech. I have also spent summers taking care of farm animals as a kid. I am very experienced in administering medications from eye drops/ointments and oral medication to subcutaneous fluids/injections, as well as CPR. On my days off I’d love nothing more than to help busy families care for their beloved pets.
Reviews
Amazing experience!
Aubree was great! I have 2 dogs and one of them is a rescue with some anxiety issues. She was very patient and has an understanding of dog behavior that won him over quickly. I was very happy and had peace of mind knowing my doggies had a sitter like Aubree to look in on them. She described their behavior and sent pics of them as well. Will definitely call her again!
Aubree watched my 2 dogs Romeo and jazzy while I was away taking care of my family. I never felt so secure knowing that someone so caring would be taking care of my babies. She gave updates and pictures so I knew they were taken care of. I would recommend her to anyone. Shes caring and has a background in Vet care so I knew that if something were to go wrong she would know what to do. Again she is a amazing woman and so caring to my babies, they miss her dearly - Vanessa
Aubree has extensive knowledge from working in various veterinary offices and animal shelters and has helped me multiple times with my pets. She is very nurturing, caring, and loving to all kinds of animals and will always do a great job caring for your pets!

Safety, trust & environment
If I am coming to a client’s home, I prefer to enter through a garage as a means of reducing the chance of any pets from slipping through the front door and escaping. I enjoy spending time with client’s pets to get to know their unique personalities whether it be sitting on a couch with them or playing with their favorite toy. Each pet is different and it is important to me for them to be comfortable while a new person is in their home.
Information Aubree P. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your pet has any underlying conditions that need to be monitored (ie: seizures, heart conditions, etc.) especially if they are not on medications.
A typical day
Exercise and mental stimulation are both important, but can be addressed depending on your pets specific needs. Brachycephalic pets will be walked at an appropriate time of day where they will not overheat.
