Pet care experience
I am a life-long animal girl! I have experience with dogs, cats, bunnies, hamsters, and even donkeys so I can care for an array of animals and I'm excited to learn how to care for more! Outside of work, I foster dogs and cats from the animal shelter and host supply drives (the cutest litter of foster kittens are in my photo gallery). I am attentive to very specific instruction and will adhere to any details given! I happily provide updates with each visit, and most of them include fun pictures. I can care for multiple animals (or even plants) in the house if you have a lot of critters! I have dogs, cats, bunnies, and very particular plants so I understand how it is to find someone able to cover all the bases!

Athens has watched our German Shepherd while we were out of town. We found her to be reliable and trustworthy, and she took excellent care of our dog. She kept us informed by texting us pictures, and she always spent extra time playing with him. Needless to say, our dog loves her and gets super excited to see her whenever she comes back. Would definitely recommend her for your pet care needs!

For both my and the pets safety, I like to have an initial meeting to discuss their pets' behaviors, the care required, and to introduce myself! This way I am aware of the precautions needed to ensure the safety of the pet and myself, and I am not a complete stranger to them when I enter. I understand pet boundaries and am capable of caring for special needs pets when provided with instructions. I'm also very respectful of the homes I enter and will be responsive via cell if you need to reach me. I have my own vehicle and valid drivers license to transport safely to a vet's office if needed.

Please let me know if there are any tendencies or behaviors I should pay special attention to so that I can make sure we are both safe and have a fun time! If an initial meeting is not possible, please let me know if they are friendly to strangers entering the home.
A typical day
I love to play however your pet loves to play! We can go on walks/jogs, blow bubbles, play with a favorite toy, or chillax and just enjoy some company or calm attention. I care about enriching the life of your pet so that they feel cared for until you can come home.

I am a college student home for break, so I am ready to meet new friends! I love getting my "pet-fix" in while I am home, and any additional exercise from playing or walking pets is an added bonus!
