Very little communication from the start, and didn’t make me feel at ease and in good hands. I had to ask her multiple times if she came by, because no live Rover Check Ins were submitted at all. When I came home, only one can of wet food (only 1 days worth) was given. When I asked why the 2nd can was not opened for the 2nd drop in, she said it’s because there was still food from the previous night. However, that was not in the feeding instructions to miss a wet canned food feeding, leaving my cat to not be fed on the 2nd day. The lack of communication, not following feeding instructions, and no live check ins whatsoever made this an uneasy and untrustworthy experience with this sitter.

Ataia is responsive and reliable. I was very appreciative when she helped us out last minute with our Pomeranian who can be challenging. Thank you, Ataia!
