Hi my name is Astrid. I have been consistently sitting through Rover since 2017. At this point I pretty much exclusively do cat drop ins, sometimes a small dog is thrown into the mix. I have had cats my whole life as well as a couple dogs and many small animals. I have also done a lot of volunteer work with various cat rescues since I was a child. I am especially good at wrangling cats for nail clippings and I have no problem giving medications (including using needles). I also take care of small animals, my only rules are no live insects or live mice (for feeding). I had a pomeranian mill rescue named Boris for 4 1/2 years who passed away. He had a lot of special needs and he taught me a great deal about patience. He was the love of my life. I now have a south philly stray (cat) named Ripley. I actually found her outside a client's house, she was injured and I decided to rescue her and keep her as my own. She now rules my home and believes that I am her couch. I am reliable, honest, and hard working. I truly love all my fur clients and appreciate my human clients so much for trusting me with the care of their fur babies. I promise to always look after your animals as if they were my own. I also will take weird photos of your pets for fun I am very attentive and will definitely notice if anything is "off" with your pet and will report it to you even if it's minor. A lot of animals get stressed when their humans leave so I know what to look for and how to manage it or determine if it could be a problem.
