Astra stayed with our dog and cat for three nights and we received daily updates and pictures. Astra responded quickly and our house was in perfect condition when we returned. Prior to staying at our home Astra did a couple drop in visits to give our dog some time to get to know her before staying over.
I have a dog that gets nervous with new people and typically takes a while for her to gain trust and begin to bond with them. Astra came and walked her a few times before my trip, and hung out with her before hand to help with that. I was really surprised to see my dog cuddling and relaxing so early into the trip. I believe she works really hard to gain that trust, but she must have a trusting energy because my dog felt very safe around her. I got multiple pictures every day and an update as to how my dog was doing. I had a few small around the house things I asked her to do while I was already away, and she took care of them no problem. It’s always a little scary bringing someone into your home while you’re away, but I trust her with my home and dog. I will be using her again, and recommend everyone to use her as well.
