Love dogs, miss my own, so happy to care for yours
Pet care experience
Had my first dog from the age of 12, she was a bijon frise/pekinese cross. Had her for 6 wonderful years. After giving birth to her puppies she developed stomach cancer and passed away. Decided to keep both her puppies who were called Safie and Steel. They were 2 totally different characters but loved both of them. My last dog, Pepsi, was a cross between a jack russell/border collie: she was a very clever girl, kept us all amused with her tricks until she passed away at the ripe old age of 14.5 yrs due to arthritis. I have two 8yr old cats and am looking after my daughter's guinea pigs while she is abroad. I have also doggy sat my friend's miniature poodle - she was a delight to have. I am very comfortable with animals and yours will be in safe hands with me. Please feel free to get in touch with me if u have any questions . Happy to do a meet an greet to put your mind at ease

I’ve known Astero for over 40 years now and seen her grow into a very caring person. If you was thinking of employing her to look after your dog/s you can be reassured she would take care of them completely and lovingly. Astero has taken care of people’s dogs cats etc while they have gone away and they have been very happy with the way she looked after their animals. She has had a number of pets herself (dogs, cats, rabbits )in the past so knows what is entailed looking after them I would gladly leave my dog with her anytime and be completely at ease in the knowledge that he would be loved and cared for.
Astero is a really kind and friendly lady who absolutely loves animals. She always puts our dog first and listens to everything we say about our dogs needs. Our little dog is very nervous and shy around new people and she absolutely loves Astero and jumps up to her every time we take her to Asteros. She has stayed at her house on many occasions and absolutely loves it there as she comes home so happy and full of life. I strongly recommend Astero and you do not need to worry about your dog whilst in her care which i know is a massive worry when we go away!! She is absolutely fantastic and also knowledgable :) knows so much about different pets and their wellbeing!
Astero is amazing with dogs, and has had them throughout her life. She’s very loving and caring, and will take great care of your dog while your away.

I don't have any breed preferences, but I would like to know if your pet has any special needs or dislikes. For example, my sister's dog has 'little dog syndrome' (he's a jack russell) so barks at any larger dogs.
A typical day
There is a local park near to my house where i used to regularly take my dog. If they are able to be off the lead, I would play 'Fetch' with them to use up their excess energy. With my dog Pepsi, she would find the ball but wait for me to go and pick it up for her!!
