Pet care experience
I have recently set up my own dog walking and pet sitting business - The Liverpool Pet Path. You have peace of mind knowing I am pet first aid trained, insured, DBS checked, and have relevant qualifications. I have dog walked/sat for three years, as well as owning a 13 year old dog and a 7 month old cat. Leaving your beloved pets can be stressful, so you can rest easy knowing they are in my care. Aster is very gentle and loving with my dog, I can always trust Aster to give my furry friend the best care and attention. She offers a myriad of services, which a few I have already used. My dog always comes back happy and chilled out from long walks which is great for me as I work a lot. If you’re looking for anyone that offers pet services Aster is the go to!
Aster is amazing with animals and is a very kind, friendly and caring person. Animals naturally gravitate towards her and she understands them very well. I always trust her to look after and walk my dog Bella because she is so brilliant with any animal she is around

I will let myself in very carefully to avoid any flight risks, trust me I have practice here! Entry to their property will be discussed beforehand, e.g. will they be in, will I be given a key, am I given the code to a key safe etc. Any care provided is previously spoken about with the owner. If they have requested a 1 hour walk we will head out for an hour! If they also requested I feed them after the walk I will do that. For drop in visits all tasks must be listed, e.g. for cats, feed, clean litter, play with them etc. I have my own car to safely transport dogs to and from their walk location, in the car I have safety harnesses, car covers, and paw cleaners. Any treats will be previously discussed with the owner as to whether they are okay for the pet.
Information Aster R. would like to know about your pet
All important information will be provided at the free meet and greet, or pre-service visit. I will send you forms which will require your information and the pets information. For example, have they been neutered, are they reactive, how are they with new people etc. It is important to remember, I am not put off by reactive dogs and I have experience with these!
A typical day
Both physical and mental stimulation are so important for cats and dogs. Sniffle mats are good example of ways to use their brains to get a reward. For dog walks, I will take them to a lovely walk location and change where we go every so often so they don’t get bored. For cats, it is important to switch toys up or they will get bored of playing with the same one, licky mats are also great to give them something to do and slow down their eating.

Availability
I am available Monday mornings and Tuesday afternoons for a walk/drop in. Wednesday and Thursday I have all day available to tend to your fur babies! Friday I am available after 12! Saturdays/Sundays are subject to availability due to my part time job.
