Hello! Welcome to my profile! I have had experience with taking care of my personal golden retrievers and also as a foster dog parent to a pit bull and two puppy husky German Shepards. I grew up in a family that always had dogs in the house and this is where my passion for taking care of dogs comes from. I love dogs of all sizes and ages and have experience being a patient caretaker and dog lover!

Aspen took great care of my two dogs while I was on vacation. She was very communicative, sent lots of photos and updates, and my home was as clean as it was when I left. I know she took excellent care of my babies! Highly recommend!

Currently I am pet free, allowing me to focus completely on the dogs I Rover for. In addition, I am a clean and organized individual that respects the home and pets I am a Rover for. For boarding requests, my house is on a quiet street in Detroit Shoreway that has access to parks (I love taking the dogs I Rover for on walks in Ohio City or down by Edgewater park). My house currently does not have a fenced in yard, however I live on a larger city lot and would always leash up any pets when taking them outside to ensure their safety. My house has ample room for your pup as well, being a new build with two floors your pup will feel relaxed and right at home. I am flexible with feeding schedules and will accommodate whatever your dog is accustomed to. I try to always do either a quick walk or a potty break every 0-3 hours. It is important for me to keep a controlled environment where the dogs can get energy out during the day and also keep the dogs I watch safe.

What special needs or preferences does your dog have if any? How does your dog do in cars? How does your dog do around other dogs and people? At this time, I cannot accept any dogs that have severe separation anxiety and exhibit destructive behaviors if they are left alone.
A typical day
I am a very active person that loves to hike, walk and bike! Being so close to many metro parks, I take every opportunity to be outdoors when the weather is nice. I am currently pet free but love be surrounded by animals, I would treat your dog as my own when it is in my care.

Availability
I currently work from home full-time and have a flexible work schedule that allows me to have open availability to tend to any dog needs. I work in philanthropy at the Cleveland Clinic :). I am willing to work with any schedule in order to find a time that fits for you and your pup!
