Dedicated and understanding sitter
Pet care experience
I got my first job doing drop-ins for a cat in my neighborhood when I was 10 and have taken care of many cats and dogs since then, including overnight stays with an American Dingo puppy. I've grown up with my own dogs, and currently have 2 family dogs that I'm regularly responsible for: a 70 lb pitbull who was rescued past the point of teaching leash manners, and a very vocal cattle dog mix.
Reviews
Aspen is an excellent pet sitter. He has six years of experience caring for dogs and pets in their homes, and most recently has taken on the daily care of a miniature horse with uveitis. He has large dogs at home and is comfortable walking them and handling them. He asks detailed questions about diet and care, and texts owners if he has questions and concerns during care. He has reliable transportation and is flexible enough to meet the needs of owners and their beloved pets.

Safety, trust & environment
I can do regular walks and outings, both for exercise and as bathroom breaks. I'm well-versed in litter boxes and enrichment needs in both dogs and cats. I'm not comfortable handling raw meat, but I'm familiar with both wet food and many kinds of dry food.

Availability
While I'm home and accepting bookings, I can dedicate most hours of the day to your pet and home. I'm a recent high school graduate who is pursuing a career in glassblowing through short classes, during which I won't be accepting bookings.
