I have worked at the hopeful tails in Joliet and have owned 4 dogs in my life which were a husky (first dog), a Rottweiler (my parents dog), a golden retriever (my brothers dog), and a German sheapard (current dog). While I was working at the shelter I was responsible for doing certain kinds of medicine for certain kinds dogs and puppies. We also had our expecting momma rooms where we had to sanitize a lot before going in to make sure the puppies wouldn’t get sick. I have open availability right now. I enjoy training dogs to do new things and break them out of bad habits in a positive way. I can read a dogs personality after spending a few hours or days with them. I connect stronger with animals and understand that the dog is another family member of the house.
