**I require new clients to schedule a meet and greet at least 48 hours in advanced to the booking, therefore no last minute requests** Hey there! My name is Ashlyn and I’m a dog mom myself. I have been pet sitting since I was literally 8 years old (I'm 25 now). I grew up with two boxers at my family’s home, and currently have a very friendly and sweet beagle named Benny! I’m looking to help dog-parents-alike by lending a helping hand and loving your babies like they’re my own! I have a fenced in backyard and am almost always available. My beagle is the most friendly dog you will ever meet, and since he is so submissive/docile, my home is open to dominant doggos as well. I have fostered for the local animal shelter, therefore we are used to having dogs of all various temperaments in the home. The only thing I ask is that we set up a meet and great prior to your service so that our fur children can meet/play, and you can come see my home to allow for a peace of mind when leaving your babies in my care :)

Ashlyn has watched our Raegan twice in the past year. She is wonderful with Raegan and I will definitely be having her dog sit again soon. We felt very comfortable having Ashlyn watch our fur baby and even got fun pictures while we were gone. Raegan gives Ashlyn 4 paws up!!!!!

I’ve modified parts of my home to accommodate breeds of all sizes. In my backyard, I have closed the fence line gaps with chicken wire/garden fencing to prevent little ones from escaping the holes. I also have a 6 ft ramp beside my bed to assist with mobility and older pups. My spare bedroom has been converted into a dog room, and I have an additional (very large) kennel to help separate pups when it’s time for everyone to eat. Each room of my house is equipped with pup cams so I can spy on them whenever I leave the home. I have multiple baby gates in the home as well to help dogs have their own space as needed.

Please share info about your preferred vet, any health concerns, your pet's typical meal schedule, as well as their bathroom habits. I have experience in vaccinating dogs and treating diabetic pets, so I am comfortable with injecting any medications via syringe if necessary!
A typical day
My favorite weekend activity to do with my beagle is either take him to the dog park, or pack a picnic to enjoy with him by the lakes. I have an extra heavy duty tie out stake as well as multiple tie out cables to ensure your pet can enjoy the picnic without having worries of them running off. I do not take any pet anywhere (including my own), without being leashed. If you are comfortable with your pet participating in these activities outside of the house, please let me know. Otherwise we will skip the park for the week/weekend and just hang out at home playing in the yard

Availability
I work full time but very close to home so I come by periodically throughout the day to let the pups out into the yard and to love on everyone. Your pup will not go more than 2-4 hours without a potty break and will also have a friend to keep them company!
