Ashlyn house sat for me and my dog. I was a little disappointed with her stay. Although my dog seemed to be well taken care of, there was a lack of communication on her end during the booking. On the day that we were supposed to get back, I messaged her at noon on where to leave the key. 3 hours later, she responded saying she left it at the door (visible) because she didn't see my message. I asked her what time she left and she stated noon. I had her booker until 2 to 2 30 as we would not be getting home until later in the evening. She stated she 'misread the booking' and had personal things to take care of.

Ashlyn was amazing! Our dog has anxiety and can be a handful and she was very patient and loving with her. She even cleaned up our house before we got back from our trip. We've never had a bad experience from rover but this was definitely our best. We'd love to have her watch our dog again!
