I have experience with various species but dogs are my favorite! I truly enjoy the company of dogs. I have experience with walking, feeding, medication administration, boarding, and basic training techniques with dogs of all ages. I also have extensive experience with handicapped dogs that need harness or wheelchair guidance. I would love to give your family member the mental and physical exercise he/she needs while you are busy!

I have an 8 month old Australian Shepherd who LOVES the company of other dogs ! He has been socialized since 12 weeks old ! Having a high maintenance dog has taught me so much about the importance of not only physical stimulation, but mental as well! After a walk, I can provide a mental game, some training, or a specialized treat to leave with your pup! In the past I have had other high energy breed like labs and Goldens. My first love was my Golden girl Allie. She was handicapped from the waist down and needed assistance to walk, use the bathroom, and get around. When she was young we used a specialized harness but as her disease progressed she moved to a wheelchair. She lived to be 15 years old. Handicapped/special needs dogs, as well as seniors, have a special place in my heart ! In addition tow working with dogs, I have grown up with multiple cats! Now, I have two large Ragdoll cats who are just the best! Being rag dolls they require a lot of grooming so this is something I can provide to your furry friend! I worked at a small family owned pet store for about 2 years ! I have some experience with feeding reptiles and small animals !

I have no breed preferences but I would like to know the dogs personality and temperament before sitting them. I also need to know any physical restrictions they may have.
A typical day
Mental and physical exercise is is important to dogs all ages ! I understand the needs of all dog temperaments and can cater to their needs. Having experience with high energy dogs ( Labs, Retrievers, Aussies) keeps me active and busy whether its bringing pups on hikes, walks around the neighborhood, or a good round of fetch in the backyard (if fenced). Being able to have my Aussie tag along with you pup is a bonus but not required !! Chief loves making new friends and is an added bonus to your dogs activity and socialization !

I am currently a stay at home mom with a flexible schedule ! I am here to work around your schedule ! Preferably nothing past 7 pm! I am also not available Tuesday/Thurdays until after 4 !
