Hello all, I am Ashley! My availability is 24/7/365- for the most part :) Working with animals and training dogs is not only my full-time job, but my one of my strongest passions in life. For dog training, I use operant conditioning alongside consistency in skills/technique which is altered per breed or on an as-needed basis. While all training takes consistency, but it also is imperative to incorporate behavioral training technique specific to a dog’s environmental setting. You as the owner are a very important part of your dogs training. Please reach out and do not be afraid to contact me if your dog has shown signs of aggression and/or been dismissed from or not accepted into other care facilities. While very up front about any observational suggestions, I am simply not going to say “no” because each dog’s needs are different. I don’t exclude specific breeds or past behavior from my services. My goal is to help not only your dog(s), but your family be able to enjoy a more harmonious environment. Using integration and adaptation of the progress made in training will help alleviate stress and fear of your dog(s) running your household, intimidating house guests, and behaviors like constant begging/jumping. - Dogs are essentially my life and care doesn’t stop at any time. It’s not just pet care for me, it’s a way of living I have adapted as a support to what helps me navigate my day to day. Giving dogs a foundation to the best life brings me so much joy and fulfills much of my purpose in life. My experience ranges greatly having worked with dogs with anxiety, aggression issues, housemate issues, blind dogs, deaf dogs (yes they can be trained too), littermate syndrome dogs, dogs who have been abandoned, abused etc… I see and hear new things all the time. I’m willing to work with just about any situation. If I don’t feel like I would be helpful or the best fit to your dog or family, I will let you know.
