Ashley was nice in person and in her messages, she was to come by each morning and let out 6 of our 8 cats each morning, and then come later in the day and get them in. Two cats were NEVER to be let out of the house, near the end of the week she did not see one of the cats that was never to be let out. She thought he was hiding from her, yes she was giving this one cat ear drops so they were not best friends. It turns out that cat somehow got past her, she never saw him , my wife and I are heartbroken that he is gone. He was a new addition, just two weeks here, and were getting his ear infection under control. He has never come back. NOT A good way to end a weeks vacation with a pet gone that should have not happened.

Ashley was the most loving and respectable cat sitter for me this past Christmas. She is reliable and communicative and went above and beyond her duties to ensure my kittens received the same love and care as a pet owner would give. Ashley is now my official cat nanny when I go out of town! Ashley stayed at my home for a week with my two 4-month-old (needy) kittens and I couldn't have been more grateful to her for the time she spent with them. Ashley was very accommodating, especially with her willingness to catsit over a holiday and staying overnight at my home. She treated my kittens like her own and gave them extra TLC, especially on Christmas. She asked for my permission to take my kitties to her home on Christmas eve, which was so special for my babies because not only did they receive love from Ashley, Ashley's mom and grandmother played with them the whole time! Ashley sent me lots of videos and photos while I was away, knowing that it was the first time I was away from my babies for a long period of time. Ashley even set up her laptop with Christmas movies for my kitties to watch (they love t.v.), so I know it was a very special babies' 1st Christmas for my two little ones! Ashley is truly the best!
